چکیده
Background : Acute mesenteric ischemia (AMI) is a life-threatening pathology that often requires urgent surgical intervention. It frequently faced in elderly patients. Despite advances the diagnosis of AMI morbidity, and mortality rates are still high. The presence comorbidities delayed intervention due to diagnostic difficulties, most cases, older patients with heart problems may be remarkable factors for higher rates. Diagnostic challenges tried overcome both imaging methods laboratory findings. Unfortunately, date, no clear parameters have been described diagnosing or predicting ischemia. Materials Methods diagnosed acute arterial between dates 2010-2019 were enrolled study. Demographic characteristics, biochemical (lymphocyte, neutrophil, albumin, C-reactive protein, lactate, lactate dehydrogenase, Di-Dimer, troponin, white blood count, platelet, fibrinogen, creatine kinase-MB) levels, as well patients, evaluated. Results A total 149 was study, mean age 66.11 . In non-survivor group, RDW, DDM, Fibrinogen, CK-MB furthermore albumin levels defined significantly elevated survivor group (p0.05). Hypertension major comorbidity by far groups. Conclusion High low predictors
